• Dynamic Performance on Honda EV-STER

    Beside the Small Sport EV, other car variant which has debuted at 2011 Tokyo Motor Show from Honda is EV-STER Concept. EV-STER is aimed as a compact yet modern electric roadster that will give driving fun experience to its user. The interior design features 2-layout seating configuration combined with all – electric powertrain that adopt a 58 kW lithium battery as energy resource and rear – wheel drive transmission. To reach a distance between 0 – 60 km / h in sprint mode, Honda EV – STER only need 5 seconds and the top speed reach 160 km / h.

    The characteristic of Honda EV can be adjusted by its driver such as suspension configuration as well as its power output. This feature is generated because this car variant is aimed to present driving fun with dynamic performance. The compact proportion is shown by its exterior design that features 3.6 m of length, 1.5 m of width and 1.1 of height. The exterior design is also characterized by small overhangs.

  • Futuristic Concept on Honda Micro Commuter

    Here is a futuristic compact car design which is aimed as simple yet modern urban commuter. Honda Micro Commuter was aimed for debuting at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show. This eco – friendly car design was presented along with other Honda’s new car designs such as Honda AC-X and Honda Sports EV. This small – sized car was designed with conventional track width. The exterior design features the probability of personalizing the body panels with several colors and graphics.

    Both the wheel covers plus its arch are presented separately from the primary car volume. These parts have appealing surface design which integrates them with the car body. The bright yet clean ambience looks inside the interior design of the car which features 1 + 2 seating configuration.   • Design Features of Evantra Supercar

    F&M is carmakers company from Italia which is created the Evantra car concept; a mid-engine super car which is planned to be produced just in five units per year. The design of Evantra super car is created by designer Luca Mazzanti collaborates with designer from Hungary named Zsolt Tarnok, a founder of F&M Vulca. The first prototype is expected to be launched to the public at the mid of year 2012. The main volume of this supercar design is generated by fenders shaped in classic style as well as smooth surface design.

    The front end design of Evantra super car is accentuated by the presence of intersection and interplay of two primary lines: the arch line which visually links the grille lower edge to the upper edge and air intake.   • Mangusta Legacy Inspired by 1965s Sport Car

    The modern car concept called as Mangusta Legacy is a project which is aimed for interpreting the 1965s supercar named Tomaso Mangusta. The design of the car is created by an illustrator as well as automotive designer Maxime de Keiser. He is a design graduate which contributes for re-designing a modern sport car design by taking inspiration from his favorite sport car in the past. The Tomaso Mangusta is an old sport car which was produced in only 401 unit from 1965 until 1971.

    The new concept of Mangusta Legacy is presented in distinctive silhouette with only 1.1 m of height. Among the features which are planted to this modern sport car design are gullwing doors, original interior and also very spacious widescreen. The car also adopts the meaning of modern design style and technologies; it’s shown on the preview of both exterior and interior of Mangusta Legacy sportcar.   • Škoda VisionD Revealed at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show

    The car prototype of Scoda VisionD concept has been revealed at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. This sedan variant is expected to be the next design inspiration to the company. The VisionD shows the new brand’s logo, clear exterior surface and also distinctive lighting instruments. The dynamic design on the Skoda VisionD is aimed to attract the young customer and introduce the inspiration taken from the present car design which was created by the Italdesign Giugiaro for Volkswagen Group.

    The primary proportions are performed by short overhangs and a long wheelbase, combined with roofline that features dynamic design. The middle point of the car is attached with a new Skoda logo which becomes a beginning point to entire contours and creates intersecting to the horizontal line of the hood.
