A new facelift version of Mazda 6 will have its world premiere at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show in March. This new improved version increases the strength of its predecessor, such as pleasure driving and fuel efficiency, while increasing interior refinement, safety and environmental compatibility.

The new face of Mazda’s family is introduced, along with the head and back again for more sporty and a clearer identity premiums. Six engines will be available, including the powerful new 2.0-liter gasoline di?i use less fuel and produce fewer emissions than the 2.0-liter engine it replaces. Its five-speed automatic transmission is specifically adapted to this new gasoline engine to provide the optimum combination of acceleration and fuel economy. Updated version of the Mazda MZR 1.8 and 2.5 liter gasoline engine full-up, and the diesel, Mazda MZR-CD 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine is available in three power derivatives – 129-180 PS – all of these sports, with increasing fuel efficiency and CO2 emissions.

The Mazda 6 also has a new chassis adjustments and some new active safety features – such as a new round of adaptive front lighting system and help start the hill – which together make the Mazda 6 facelift one of the safest and easiest to drive a car in its segment.
