Introducing the 2011 Cadillac Cadillac CTS Coupe, the latest and most dramatic of a series of new designs to reach production. Scheduled to arrive in Cadillac dealerships in spring 2010, Cadillac CTS Coupe is a new luxury sports coupe designed to be the center of the lineup for review of the brand.

Join the Coupé Cadillac CTS Sport Sedan, a 556-horsepower (415 kW) CTS-V and the CTS Sport Wagon The new Cadillac as the basis of the lineup. High performance edition of V Cup series, also published in 2010.

Cadillac CTS coupe design is virtually unchanged from the concept car introduced at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in 2008.

The 2 +2 Coupé is a classic design enhanced by advanced technology, such as systems for rear view camera and system performance-oriented suspension coupled to the rear wheel or all-wheel drive.

Design

Cadillac CTS Coupe appears as a bid in the Cadillac design studio, where designers have developed and evolved brand of art and design philosophy of science.

‘Cadillac brand has always been emotional – that is providing the art, regardless of body style, “said Max Wolff, director of exterior design for Cadillac. “With the Cadillac CTS Coupe, it is a very strong drink – the CTS Sport Sedan – and develop their potential.”

The coupe has the same wheelbase as the CTS, but the overall height of about two inches (51 mm lower) and the overall length of two inches (51 mm shorter).

Although his brother deleted Sport Sedan, Cadillac CTS Coupe shares only the instrument panel, console, lights, front fenders and grille. The key design features include:

At first glance, the form of Cadillac CTS Coupe is a simple refresh, but expanded with detailed carvings. Distinctive and original signature Cadillac key combined with hands-form sculpture, art by articulating beliefs chassis. Performance

Cadillac CTS Coupe appears to extend the mandate of Cadillac’s performance. Standard powertrain Cadillac CTS Coupe is a 3.6-liter direct injection V-6 and six-speed manual transmission. Technology direct fuel injection provides greater accuracy to improve combustion efficiency, allowing more power while maintaining fuel economy and reduce emissions – including 25 percent reduction in cold start hydrocarbon emissions.

DI 3.6L engine rated at 304 horsepower (227 kW) and offers an estimated EPA fuel economy of 27 mpg on the highway. It also runs on cheaper Unleaded regular gasoline.

Propulsion system performance is channeled through a chassis that offers sporty performance car without penalty. Hardware includes an independent short / long arm (SLA) front suspension system with hydraulic control arm Bushings front and multilink rear suspension is attached to the fully isolated subframe. Also equipped disc brakes on all four wheels, performance, and management of premium limited-slip differential.

Two levels of suspension adjustments are available: show package with 18-inch wheels and all-season tires (available in both RWD and AWD), and performance summer tire package with 19 inch wheels and tires at a higher level road holding ability. StabiliTrak, electronic chassis control advanced standard.

The 304-horsepower (227 kW) 3.6L V-6 direct injection engine will be equipped with a standard six-speed manual with dual clutch flywheel revision provides a better clutch pedal feel and motor insulation. A 6-speed automatic transmission with Driver Shift Control (and the buttons on the steering wheel of change has mounted) is optional.

Technology

Cadillac CTS Coupe combines luxury with contemporary crafts, the driver-focused interior that support high performance car capabilities. The interior includes hand-stitched accents covering the doors, center storage console and instrument panel cutting. 14-Way customized Recaro sport seats, which previously offered exclusively in the Cadillac V-Series models are offered in all models of Cadillac CTS Coupe as an option.
